and body the chance needed to respond in a positive and unique way. We have
the place, facilities and the knowhow to assist you to Arise and Shine
again! Relax and unwind in one of our beautiful guest rooms with everything
to make you comfortable. A therapeutic breathing and stretch class with
Peter is a great way to start the day! Enjoy freshly prepared juices during
the day and Peter’s renowned Metabolic Formulas night and morning. Inhale
our uniquely treated rainwater enhanced with the hint of eucalyptus in the
steam room. During your stay, dare to get under the invigorating
hydro-jets followed by a dip in the cool refreshing pool overlooking the
green panorama of the Gold Coast Hinterland. Unwind in our unique ozone spa
and let the therapeutic underwater jets massage you while being serenaded
by soft underwater music. Be mesmerized by the ever-changing colors of the
water. Open the roof if it’s raining and have the refreshing droplets caress
your face while in the steaming Spa. At night observe the celestial bodies
pass by as you revitalize. As an optional extra, book a therapeutic
treatment session with Peter and be carried off to the Land of Bliss or
experience possibly one of the greatest therapeutic body treatments you may
ever encounter! Peter’s 30 + years of highly successful clinical practice
has shown he can usually get to the heart of the problem and move you
towards a lasting result. These treatment sessions also include access to
our unique gymnasium for personal training. Get a program to totally
reshape your body if you want. Relax in your robe with a cup of one of our
many organic teas. Once your juice days are over start tantalizing your
taste buds with organic fresh fruit, many from our own organic sub-tropical
fruit trees. Savor Peter’s special Alkalizing broth along with delicious homemade
meals prepared in 'Patricia's Kitchen'. Book a stretch or toning session with
Peter and he can check your breathing and form so as to get the most out of
all you are doing to help yourself. Share in a healthy living discussion
with question and answer time each day and be entertained or inspired at
night with one of our many movies or healthy living documentaries.

juices and meals. Peter’s Metabolic Formulas, herbal teas during the day. Use
of our quality Hydrotherapy facilities. Bathrobes and towels provided. A guided
stretch class with Peter plus discussion time where you can ask all the
questions you want each day. Daily access to our extensive Health &
Lifestyle DVD library. Three nights package $1,320 single room or
$1,190 each twin share. Longer stays in this package are available. Peter
is available for treatments, consultations and counseling during your stay.
These are optional extras and are charged at his normal clinic prices.
Relax
and Unwind Package:
This is where you come and just
‘chill out’ amidst our beautiful garden with flowing waterfall and
cascades. Trees, plants and flowers to ground you and bring you back to
your point of power in the present moment. Our unique Ozone Spa is of
special effect. It has all the senses taken care of to carry you off to
peace and harmony again. Bathrobes and towels are provided. All meals are
included and full use of our superb facilities throughout the day. $290
single, $275 each twin share Per day. Consultations and treatments are
available as an optional extra.
Luxury Overnight Accommodation Package.
Enjoy an
organic wine upon arrival and the splendor of our cottage in the garden. A delicious
and healthy cooked breakfast on our deck over looking the Gold Coast and
full use of our hydrotherapy
facilities. The cottage is $330 per night for up to two people. Bathrobes and
towels provided.
Extra room available at a discount

Garden Stay
Bed and Breakfast only. Relax the
luxury of one of our magnificent rooms and a buffet breakfast on our deck. $165
per night per room. While here, enjoy the wonders of our garden paradise.

Details
A 50% non refundable deposit is
required at the time of booking.
Remaining payment to be made 5 days
prior to arrival.
Payment may be made by MasterCard
and Visa Credit Cards or internet banking.
A cancellation fee of 50% per day
is required on any early departures.
This applies to all reservations
confirmed via telephone, internet and post.
